Resolve Performance Group LLC operates Bridge CNT, a training and operational support platform for authorized crisis-negotiation personnel. This Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used, protected, retained, and processed when you use Bridge CNT.

Information we may collect

• Account data, such as username, authentication records, account status, and administrative permissions.
• Profile data, such as display name, agency, email address, and other information supplied for an authorized user profile.
• Phone data, such as a telephone number supplied for optional operational notifications and related delivery information.
• Assignment data, such as assigned training role, assignment status, and the authorized user who made an assignment.
• Usage data, such as login events, feature activity, device or browser information, service diagnostics, and security events.
• Operational data entered or generated during authorized training or operational use, which may include incident, communications, assessment, transcript, or media-related records.

How information may be used

Information may be used to authenticate users, administer accounts, assign authorized roles, provide requested notifications, operate and secure Bridge CNT, support training and authorized operational workflows, troubleshoot the service, maintain appropriate records, and comply with applicable obligations.

Mobile information and messaging consent

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information and messaging consent may be processed by service providers solely as necessary to deliver Bridge CNT messaging services. Those providers are not permitted to use this information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

Resolve Performance Group LLC may use service providers to host, secure, maintain, or deliver Bridge CNT. Providers such as Twilio may process phone numbers, message content, and delivery metadata solely as needed to deliver Bridge services on our behalf. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are excluded from any marketing or promotional sharing. Those providers process and retain information under their own service terms, legal obligations, and retention practices; Bridge CNT does not control carrier or provider retention systems.

SMS choice and communications

Consent to receive SMS notifications is optional and is not required to create or use a Bridge account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the address below.

Security and retention

Resolve Performance Group LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect Bridge CNT information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, authorized operational or training needs, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and deployment.
